Once you have built an Offshore Lighthouse, you will receive the side quest ‘Surplus Catch’. If you now click on the Offshore Lighthouse, you will receive 50 
Fish Shoal Refills.
Every 24 hours, you can click on the Offshore Lighthouse to receive a refill. The size of the refill depends on the number of Offshore Lighthouses built. You receive 50 Fish Shoal Refills per lighthouse.
